Q1. Do you accept COD payments?
A. Sorry, we do not accept COD payments.
With secure online payment methods, we can process orders more quickly, and offer faster shipping options. Also, as many of our products are personalized or customized, we cannot include COD as a payment option.
Please be assured, your transactions are safe and protected by industry-leading security measures. Once you place your order with us, it is our responsibility to deliver the order to you. We will notify you as soon as your order is dispatched and ensure that your order is delivered.

Q2. I have completed an order and made the payment on your website. But I am not able to get the order ID. Please help.
A. Please message us on WhatsApp or email us at life11mumbai@gmail.com to get your Order No.
Q3. Can I make changes to my order or cancel my order?
A. In case you wish to cancel an order due to any reason Message us on WhatsApp (using the Message Us button) within 12 hours of ordering stating your Order Number and we will be happy to assist you. A cancellation fee of 2.5% will be applied to the amount paid by you while processing the refund.
Q4. The T-shirt I selected does not fit me. Can I get it exchanged with a different size?
A. We do not offer an exchange for size, fitting, or color.
As we frequently introduce fresh and exclusive graphic designs, we keep a limited inventory for each design.
Kindly refer to the Size Chart before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.
We appreciate your understanding and support in our pursuit of novelty and exclusivity in designs.
Q5. The size of the product does not match the size given in the size chart. How should I raise a Return Request?
A. If you feel the apparel does not measure according to the size chart provided on the Product Page, please measure the product as guided below and take pictures of the product with a measuring tape.
Step 1: Lay down the product on a flat, hard surface and smooth out any wrinkles you might see.

Q6. I have received broken or damaged products. I want to return the order.
Please share with us the following while raising a refund or replacement request.

- Unboxing video, if the packaging was damaged during delivery.

Q7. Which products are available for Customization at your store?
A. We customize T-shirts, Crop T-shirts, Hoodies, Crop Hoodies, Coffee Mugs, Coasters, Posters ( Framed/ Unframed), and Canvas Prints as per your design idea and requirement.
Q7. I need customized T-shirts for an event. How do I go on about it?
A. Please Type Customized T-shirt for Kids/ Women/ Men in the search bar of our website. The product Links will appear in the Search Results.
Click on the required Product Link. This will take you to the product. Upload your required Picture/ Text/ Design Idea. Place the order on the site. Your product will be delivered to you in around 7-10 business days. You may Message Us on WhatsApp for any Queries related to Design or Customization.
Q8. I urgently require customized merchandise for an event coming up. Can you deliver within the required time frame?
A. While we will try to expedite your order, sometimes it is difficult to promise delivery deadlines. We request you to plan with sufficient time in hand for important events.
Q9. Do you accept Bulk orders for customized merchandise?
A. Yes, we accept Bulk Orders for customized merchandise such as T-shirts, Hoodies, Crop Hoodies, Coffee Mugs, Coasters, Framed Posters, and Canvas Prints. Please email us your requirement at life11mumbai@gmail.com and we will write to you with the price and timelines.
Q10. I do not wish to accept the order. Will my money be refunded?
A. For any reason if you choose not to receive the order, it will be returned to the warehouse and it cannot be refunded.
Returns are accepted only if wrong or damaged products are shipped.

Q11. Do you provide International Shipments?
