Refund policy

We welcome returns in the following situations -

o A wrong/incorrect product has been dispatched. 
o If the product is defective or it is received in a damaged condition. 

Return Process 

1. Timeline to initiate return:

Our return policy is applicable within 3 days from receipt of the product. The time frame starts from the date the product is delivered as per the confirmation received from our courier partners. Please write to us at life11mumbai@gmail.com to initiate a return.

2. Information to be provided:

To ensure a quick and smooth resolution, you should provide the following information while raising a refund or replacement request.

  1. Image of the UID Label / Barcode Sticker
  2. Images with the product in full view
  3. Images/videos of the defect.

In addition to the above, please go through the requirements pertinent to specific issues:

Broken or Damaged products:
  1. Images of the Packaging 
  2. Unboxing video, if the packaging was damaged during delivery. 
  3. Two images (one of the damaged part and one of the entire product).
Size Issues for Apparels:
  1. Images of the product being measured with an inch tape.

Wrong Item:
  1. Images of the shipping label
  2. Images of the products received
Tampered packaging:
  1. Unboxing video
In case of tampered packaging, we advise you to reject the delivery or share negative Proof of Delivery remarks. If the delivery has been accepted, we would need an unboxing video to qualify the issue for a refund or replacement.


3. Return Request Verification: 

By providing the above information, you can help us quickly and accurately resolve your refund or replacement request. Our Team will review the Return Request and check the details with respect to its eligibility of return.

We will inform you of your Return Request Status as Accepted or Declined within 1-2 days of receiving your request mail with pictures.

In the event, on our verification it is observed that the defect is incurred due any of your actions or omissions, then Life11Mumbai will not be responsible for refunding the amounts paid to you.

4. Replacement Process:  Once your return request has been accepted, we will ship a replacement product and arrange for a reverse pick up for the delivered product. It will take about 1-2 working days for organizing a pickup.

In case of refund, the refund process will get initiated within 2-3 days. It will then reflect in your bank account. 

Refunds
All refunds will be processed within 1-2 days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse. 

Please allow 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your statements.

Points to Remember

  • We do not accept return/refund for any criteria other than the ones mentioned above including refund for changes in fitting, size, or color.
  • Life11Mumbai will not be liable to initiate a refund or replacement in absence of the above-mentioned requirements.
  • In all cases, Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the shipping label (pasted on the packet),  invoice. We will be requiring the original packaging with any cushioning inside for its safe return journey of the product for our reference purpose, even if the product is broken.
  • The product should be unused and in the original condition.

Cancellation

In case you wish to cancel an order due to any reason Message us on WhatsApp (using Message Us button) within 12 hours of ordering stating your Order Number and we will be happy to assist you. A cancellation fee of 2.5% will be applied on the amount paid by you while processing the refund.
